The critical thinking process and problem-solving techniques presented by our programs were developed from more than two and a half decades of research and clinical experience in the field of psychotherapy.

With the advent of the Internet, we recognized the opportunity to make our products available globally. IHS Online, Inc. was formed in 1998 for that purpose.
